Steps to reproduce: | 1.Login as operator and go to calendar
2.Click on it and check the event/sesiion form, here only those elder members should be display which are under 'Care Receivers (Elder)' tab |

Operator - Calendar - On add/edit event/session only members under Care Receivers (Elder) should be display, now by default all elders are displaying

- Assignee changed from Arvind Solanki to Vijay Aluguvelli
we are also assigning events to operator automatically if assigned operator not available to process event, at that time we are assigning event to random operator. in that case we need all care receiver. so currently we are displaying all care receiver while add/edit event with operator/cg login.
