| Steps to reproduce: | 1) Create any employee with view only access for employess module like manager.
2) Now login as manager and edit profile. 3) Past project and Skills are displayed as null and in edit both fields are missing. |

Description
Employee with only view access for employee module have issue with skills set and Past project. Both the fields are missing in edit profile and also Null values are displayed for both the fields.
